The Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) form acknowledges that the student accepts full responsibility for tuition and fees and other associated costs assessed as a result of registration and/or receipt of services. Acceptance of these terms constitutes a promissory note agreement to pay student’s financial obligation.
The SFRA must be completed prior to the start of the academic year.
