If you are interest in writing grants, this workshop is for you. This workshop is for those with no prior experience in grant writing. Learn the basic skills needed to write and apply for grants. This workshop will teach about different types of grants and which information is essential based on grant type. Each section of the grant application is covered to teach you how to write a successful grant application

This workshop is designed for those in the workforce who may be new to a professional position, as well as those who are somewhat experienced professionals. All will benefit from the detailed analysis and process management approaches presented in the class. Students will learn to define and apply commonly used Lean Quality Tools. These Lean tools will be applied to real-life and professional examples. Students will also learn to define and map steps in a process; identify process wastes; and apply basic “Lean” techniques to make them more efficient. Participants will receive the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate upon completing the workshop and passing the certification exam.

Project Management Essentials with CAPM® Prep

Participants will gain skills essential to project managers and those in support roles, with course materials aligned with the internationally recognized standards of project management. Course it oriented to concepts such as time, cost, risk, and communication. Once completed, participants can meet or exceed the educational prerequisites for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
Note: Hours count towards the 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification.
