How Do I sign-Up?
Because we need to make travel plans and reserve airline tickets and condo space it is critical that you contact Dr. Kennedy with any questions and complete this FORM to reserve a spot in the class. It’s important to let Dr. Kennedy know if you have any questions because it’s first-come, first-served for signing up.
