Dr. Terry received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA, and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She has served as a teacher and more recently, as an instructional technology coordinator with the Virginia Beach City Public Schools for 30 years, and also as the first manager of the Consortium for Interactive Instruction (CII) a regional effort sponsored by WHRO. AS an adjunct instructor, Dr.Terry has developed the VWC technology course to provide preservice teachers with the skills necessary to use technology for productivity and as an integration tool in the classroom. The course INST 303 meets the technology standards for teachers as mandated by the State of Virginia.
