With five sessions to choose from, Summer Session offers courses for everyone

Summer Session is for everyone! Whether you're behind in coursework or planning to graduate early, Summer Session at VWU will give you an opportunity to engage in specialty courses, complete General Education requirements or advance in your major.
Students can begin planning for Summer Session by meeting with their advisors to discuss registration options. Advising continues through April 4, 2025. Take advantage of discounted tuition, food and housing as well as online offerings. Check out the course listings available this summer.
Summer Session 2025 Dates:
Session 1 (On Campus):
May 27 - June 24 (4 weeks)
Session 2 (On Campus):
May 27 - August 15 (12 weeks)
Session 3 (On Campus):
July 7 - August 15 (6 weeks)
Summer Session 4 (Online/Graduate Only):
May 19 - July 3 (7 weeks)
Summer Session 5 (Online/Graduate Only):
July 7 - August 22 (7 weeks)
