VWU Announces 2019 Alumni Awards Recipients  
Virginia Wesleyan University President Scott D. Miller has announced the 2019 Alumni Awards recipients, an honor the VWU Alumni Council bestows upon graduates in recognition of outstanding professional and personal accomplishments.

Congratulations to Eric C. Nyman '94, President, Hasbro North America; Candice E. Driskell '94, Executive Director, Access Partnership; Wallace R. Driskell, Jr. '00, Captain (retired), Norfolk Police Department; and Amari Agee '15, Production Coordinator, DreamWorks Animation.

The 2019 Alumni Awards will be celebrated as part of the University's annual Founders Day on Thursday, September 5, in the Susan S. Goode Fine and Performing Arts Center. More

VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads Moves Main Office to Campus
One of Virginia Wesleyan's valued partners in the not-for-profit community, VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads (VHR), has moved its entire operation to the VWU campus. Allen Village will now be the primary home for the organization that has had a branch office on campus since 2016. This recent move expands the VHR's presence on campus, as well as its partnership with the University. More
